Sunday Run

Anyone up for a long run tomorrow, just get up with me.  


Nothing too early, I want to give the sun time to warm things up a little bit... 


Thinking a couple hours +/- with Henry.

    Too much indoor trainer rides make Jay go, go *crazy?* Don't mind if I do! I'm riding long outdoors when ever its clear. But also want to run 1.5hr or so as well. Lemme know when where.
